10:30am - 1:00pm Open Gym

5:00pm CrossFit Class

6:30pm CrossFit Class


10:00am - 12:00pm Open Gym

4:00pm - 6:30pm Open Gym

*Thursdays are a scheduled 'Rest Day' or a chance to catch up on a workout you missed during the week.


8:00am CrossFit Class

9:15am CrossFit Class



*All classes run for roughly an hour. Please turn up for classes 10 minutes prior to start time.
**Open Gym hours are not Coached, therefore these times are for those with enough experience training with us to run themselves through a session without guidance.
