Loaded Training Services
CrossFit Loaded offers many services for you to utilise to help you reach your goals. No matter what the goal, be it losing a few kilos and getting in shape, training to reach your full athletic potential, or even coming back from an injury and/or working around a current injury. We have the coaching, support and program to help you reach your goals.
We have our CrossFit group classes which is a great way to get strong, conditioned and all round fitter. CrossFit is suitable for all ages, fitness and skill levels. Every movement and every workout is easy scalable to each individuals needs.
Every class is coached and structured to ensure you have the best opportunity to learn all the movements safely and efficiently. Stay consistent in your training and you will be amazed by the results.
1 on 1 Personal Training
We offer personal training with one of SA's most experienced CrossFit trainers. So if you would like help with learning the more technical lifts and movements of CrossFit, you can organise a PT session with Sam.
There are great advantages of the 1 on 1 setting. You can not beat the 1 on 1 coaching when it comes to the Olympic lifts and high skill gymnastic movements, or just looking to further advance your skills in the basics. If a more individualised program with the time 100% focussed on YOU is what you are looking for in your training, the 1 on 1 setting is the best way to fast track your progress.
PT Consult + 4 Week Weakness Program
A great option for attacking your weakness or putting in the extra work to achieve your goals is the 4 week weakness program.
After a 1 on 1 PT consultation, we will work through what your goals are and how best to attack them. We'll do some base work within them movements to give me the data I need to tailor a program exactly for you. We book in for a session after the 4 week program to track your progress and monitor the effect of the program.
Each program is fitted to your specific goals, fitness level, availability to train and lifestyle.
Individualised Training Program
We offer individualised programs for those that may be working around injuries or coming back from an injury and have a limited amount of exercises and movements they are able to do.
We strongly advise you seek out Adelaide Advanced Physiotherapy for all your injury diagnosis and treatment needs.
I work closely with AAP when writing your program and am in constant communication throughout your rehabilitation.
We have had a number of members that have benefitted from the individualised program, and have come out the other side stronger than ever.
CrossFit Competitor Programming
Loaded offers a CrossFit competitor program for those looking to excel in the 'Sport of Fitness'. CrossFit as a sport demands a lot of focus on a lot of different areas, and having the right guidance and support can make all the difference.
Those wanting this program must be able to commit to 90-150 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week.
