FUNDAMENTALS

The Fundamentals Class will familiarise you with the foundation movements we use in CrossFit. You will start your journey learning the correct technique of the basic movements, and be introduced to the corrective cues and lingo we use at the gym when coaching our members.

We understand you will not walk away from these sessions an expert, so we urge you to come in relaxed and ready to learn what you can. Once you're up and running in the group classes, the CrossFit Loaded coaching, environment and program ensures that with consistant training and commitment you will thrive in all CrossFit has to offer.
